Some days ago I promissed you the story about the slow way to Sabha. Greater part of the road betwen Germa and Sabha is in a horrible condition and perfectly fits the saying that no road is better than bad road. Luckily it took its toll only a few kilometres from the camping site in Sabha.
Three out of six roof-rack holders cracked, so Uroš and I had to hold it while driving at a turtle pace in order to minimize its shaking. What I definitely didn't want was another broken wind-shield. The next morning Amer, Omar and Uroš picked up a welder on a street while as they were returning from the exchange office. The guy solved our problem "boldly". Meanwhile, Tomaž and I cleared the house of the bigger part of desert sand, then we pampered ourselves with some sun-bathing.
Tripoli spoilt us with some nice walks through the old town and the Green Square. You can enjoy some pictures here and now, a bit later the story about our good works while on tour will also be published here.
At the present we're at Hammamet waiting tonight's ferry but this time we haven't found any metal sheet so today there are no stupid acts on schedule.
